Hello! 

I'm Jennifer! I was born and raised here in North Idaho! My husband and three children live on our own little homestead tucked away on the quiet prairie. 

We love to camp, enjoy the beautiful lakes and rivers and go for adventures to other nearby places. 

I love a good book, simple crochet projects, baking, cooking and traveling!

I became a doula in 2022 but I have always had a love for all things birth, mother and baby related!  Since I can remember, I wanted to be a mother. It wasn't until I became a mother that I realized there is a lack of support and a huge need for not just supporting mothers but also providing resources, education and help. 

I specialize in Homebirth and Postpartum care and love to support mothers and families through this incredibly beautiful and sacred transition. 

Aside from being a Birth/Postpartum doula, I also create beautiful breastmilk jewelry for mothers to celebrate their unique journey. 

As your doula, I will make sure to cover:

*How to prepare for Birth/Postpartum

*Answer any questions you have

*Create and discuss your Birth/Postpartum preferences 

*Provide resources based on your needs

*Discuss your birth experience(postpartum)

*Talk about your physical and mental wellbeing

*Support for your spouse and other children

*Light housework

*Breastfeeding support

Birth Doula Services: $950

Postpartum Hourly rate: $60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum  (beyond the one meeting that is included after birth)

Photography Services:

Fresh 48 session- $399

This session is available within 48 hours after  having your baby. 

These precious photos will capture the moments you never want to forget. No staging, just real and raw moments in the Postpartum period. 

Maternity Session- $299

These photos typically happen between week 28-35. You can dress up for your session or we can keep it real and I can capture an ordinary day with you and your bump.
